• What are some interesting aspects of your project that you think people should know about?

• I am working with Connect Ocean to learn how to teach kids how to swim.
• I am teaching a 9-year-old how to swim with the techniques I’ve learned in class.
• I plan on working with CEPIA kids to teach them swimming classes.

• What do you need from the community?

What I need from the community is to collaborate with my project if I ever have some sort of fundraiser activity or any donations for the CEPIA kids.

My deadline for my project is yet to be determined, I would like to get my swimming instructor certificate by the end of the school year in July 2022.

• • Strength and growth: I am growing as a person since this project is getting me out of my comfort zone and I am strengthening my swimming abilities.
  • Challenge and skills: I am taking on new challenges by working with new people and trying new things that are not super easy to do. I am learning new skills in my swimming classes which I later like to use when I teach my student how to swim.

• Working collaboratively with others: I am working with Connect Ocean and with my swimming instructor in m classes.
