QUESTIONS

  1. What does the power of choice look like to you?
  2. Do you believe in the power of birth control?
  3. Do you believe in empowering women?
  4. What do you know about women’s health?
  5. Can you help us show women whose in charge?

I believe that these questions will help people think about my C.A.S project because they are made so they are vague enough so its a conversation opener and they have roots that connect and remind people about Proyecto Vida de Mujer. All these questions have statement words related to women, their health, and empowerment. I believe that these question will make the reader immediately think of women in their community and how these question would apply to them. In my opinion these questions made me think of my project because I can tell that these are some fundamental questions that we all tried asking ourselves in the beginning of P.V.M.

Reading all these questions over and over made me finally be able to choose the best question. My final question is….:

What does the power of choice look like to you?

I am anticipating that the conversation around this question will highlight the word choice and be able to connect back to their community and how women there have the choice to learn about their bodies and be educated about the importance of safe sex. For people who know about Proyecto Vida de Mujer I would hope that they think about this project when thinking about giving women the power of choice; how we offer women to be in charge of their bodies and futures, we give them the choice to feel protected and to feel educated about their health. To me ideally if this question were to get people thinking about women in their community and the importance of them being able to make choices surrounding their health, it would fulfill its purpose as a thought provoking question to me.

I think this question will move my project forward because it will get people thinking about women in their community and how they should have some way to access affordable birth control that teaches them to empower themselves and make a choice to be health conscious.
