Reflection #1 22/04/20

After taking the test and getting my result I came to the conclusion that they are valid and make a lot of sense to me about myself and my strength because for my Faith strength I got a result of 94%, it said that “You respect others for learning about your family and community - give them the opportunity” and this makes sense and makes me think that I do that a lot I always try to give the opportunity to people. Another example that made me think that were valid was my top three highest strengths that were Innovation (81%), Teamwork (81%), Leadership (75%), these strengths are very valid because I like teamwork and working with others to hear different perspectives or opinions. I'm also innovative sometimes when coming up with new ideas and collaborating. I often use my self-motivation to be successful in my daily life by motivating myself and dedication. Dedication helps me keep going and to not stop during failure and to never give up in hard times. Self-motivation helps me to complete my task or work that needs to be done and It drives me to take up opportunities and to show commitment to what they want to achieve. I had growth in the balance because that was one of the strengths that I needed to work on the most. It's difficult for me to keep a balance between different aspects of my life. I will try to improve it by giving each aspect its own time and space. I learned a lot of new strengths about myself that I didn't know and it got me thinking if they actually connect to me personally. My Leadership percentage of strength made me proud because it's a good aspect for a person and good leaders are role models for the people they lead, motivating them, supporting them, and facilitating communications among them and this is an important aspect for the future. This strength will help me with my project by leading a project by myself and having good communications with others that will be involved in my project. Also, the amount of time I spend and the motivation that I will have towards my project will be very important. Teamwork will also be an important strength for my project especially if I'm planning to work with a group.
