Risk Management journal entry

Doing this activity in class helped me understand certain risks that are involved, who are affected, the probability of it happening, the severity, and what I can do to minimize this risk.

This project includes waiting when it comes to the computer aspect since I need to wait for a contact to reach back. With this activity, I’ve been able to know the specific aspects that go into this project and how to try and avoid the risks that are included in each step.

One important aspect of my project is the shipping aspect since I need to find a reliable way to get these computers down. I have a connection in Canada that used to work for WestJet (a Canadian Airline that travels to Costa Rica) and can help me get these computers down safely.
