SMART Goal

A SMART goal is a goal that is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. This is my SMART goal for this new project.

S: Create an environment where students not only create a space to give extra math lessons but a space where people can work on their math homework and receive help when they have questions or when needed.

M: Spend an hour each Tuesday after school working on math.

A: Create specific attainable goals with each student for them to want to achieve from this math tutoring.

R: This goal is relevant as there is a need for extra math help in the high school where it is not being provided.

T: Work each week till the end of the trimester and the beginning of the next until I take my exams in May.
