From my perspective, this project shaped my understanding in a different way. I was able to learn how to create a research paper, a cover letter, how to organize my ideas, and how to prepare myself for a future interview. These tools help companies predict job performance. Letting the HR manager know their aptitude, culture fit, soft skills and ability to succeed throughout their career in the role. A human resource manager can successfully increase hiring by, first of all, a company should focus on accomplishing future goals with strategies that will increase employees. HR managers can create a mindmap to set their ideas. However, HR managers need to consider environment, confidence, flexible work options, updating technology, and being supportive/innovated. This is helping my understanding since I’m personally putting my skills to practice. It´s complex content, since it consists of many different and connected parts. However, once practice is put to work, the student’s mind is thinking on to what is better for the company. Decision making takes a big role. Instead, learning new content sitting on a chair is boring and not engaging. The project will help me with my future plans. For example, IB exams. It will allow deep thinking and decision making. However, one of my career options was to become a human resource manager. Adding on, the class of 2021 are learning how to become future entrepreneurs. In the future, we will lead our community and the world. Being also leaders in our family. The project is experiencing us to commit better decision making. Not to mention, the project challenges myself since I have to always connect it with content. Thus there are a lot of steps to it, making it feel overwhelming. And also, online school makes it harder. Teachers are trying their best to be reachable, but it’s not the same. I´m the touch learner.
