Cas Class

Today in CAS class we had to write a story that takes place in 18 months and shows the outcomes of my CAS project. We had to be specific about how our CAS projects  are going to look like, who has helped, how as a person I will be different, how it will have affected people, etc…

I decided to write my story about Students Sponsoring Students:

In 18 months, Students Sponsoring Students will be a successful organization that will support all scholarship students in La Paz. SSS will become more than an organization and more than weekly meeting. This CAS project will be a family to all those students that do not have the same resources as many people in the school and that don’t have the same possibilities and opportunities as others. In 18months all scholarship students will have achieved their goals due to the successful events planned by SSS, such as Halloween, Hoco, movie night, poker night, dances and possibly Prom. all kids will have been academically successful and will think that SSS is the family and that they can trust in it. In those 18 months SSS will have helped a hello those full scholarship students that need support academically, emotionally, socially and physically. In that time period, SSS will have helped all those people in need and will fundraise money by doing amazing events for the community. Iwant all those students to be able to do what the love and to be able to follow their dreams and not be stopped due to financial problems. Those students will know that Stacy and I are students that will help them in any way possible. There are not going to be limits for those students in those 18motnths. By the end of the school year, everyone should have an understanding that anything is possible if they put hard work into it. In 18 months the future leaders of SSS will have been determined and will work as hard as Stacy and I to help all those kids in need for our support. 

Mission Statement for Terraza: 

• We seek to revolutionize and increase the quality of lifestyle for the Youth of Tamarindo through the implementation of events.

Mission Statement for SSS:

• We seek to communicate, educate and help those students who have financial problems through the creation of events.
