Strengths Reflection

My unique strengths will have a great influence on our Boston project in a variety of ways that will help us make our project a success. One of those strengths is my strong communication skills. I am a person who likes to talk a lot and make conversation with anyone. This skill will help us to communicate effectively with people who are interested in our projects and to communicate with other people who can help us with our project in any way. This skill also helps us with the students that we will take to Boston because with effective communication they will have everything clear, they will have confidence in us and they will feel comfortable being with us. With my effective communication skill, I’m able to deliver clear expectations and objectives to my team members and others, this helps find constructive ways to point out when things aren’t going as well and this will also help to provide effective feedback to our team.  My strong communication will help everyone understand their task and responsibility.

Another skill that I have is positivity. A positive attitude is crucial for our project because my team members will be happier and more motivated while working,  you’ll also avoid issues and arguments with your teammates. My positive skill will help improve our problem solving when having an argument because it will be easier to accept new ideas in a positive way, to reach faster agreements, and compromising all of our ideas where everyone is content. Positivity can help us with our project by making a decision because we can decide as a team and individually to get every team member included. Our attitude towards things affects almost everything we do, including our productivity,  relationships, and success. That’s why it’s important for our team members and me to be positive in order to make this project a success.

Lastly, my other skill is my motivation.  Motivation is going to be helpful for our project because it helps me be productive and get all of my tasks done on time. An example is the chocobananos this was an important task that I needed to do to collect money and I did quick and now is a success because they are selling like crazy. I will try to keep all of my teammates motivated to reach our goal of taking these students to Boston. It will take a lot of work but in the end, it will all be worth it.
