To make sure that this project is sustainable and can keep going after I’ve left CEPIA, I’ve done two things.
- I’ve created a tutorial for the CEPIA website in which I outline all of the processes involved in updating a page, how to translate, how to manage plugins, etc. This ensures that whoever is updating the site will have access to the resources they need to understand each element of the site.
- I’ve started the process of my second project, which is a fundraiser that will raise funds for all of the CAS projects, and help them pay for the cost of the website, which ended up being almost $200 a year, which was unavoidable due to the requirement of the translation.
This ensures that I am leaving CEPIA in a state that they can continue to keep the website up to date and present.
