True Colors Journal Entry – 10/02/21

Explain, what did you take away from reflecting on your own personal color style and that of others in the group? When reflecting on my color style and the others in my color group, I realized just how different each person was in our group, as well as similarities that I wouldn’t have guessed. What this means is we’re fairly well-rounded in each personality type, allowing us to play off our personality types. This understanding can further our communication skills as a class in group projects or other activities. I believe a complementary color to mine would be gold. That was my least strong color and a color I would benefit from having in a group. The gold group had strength in organization and proactivity. It would compliment my green color because it would keep my thoughts focused on the subject matter. What are ways we can take this information into our work in class or in our CAS projects to work collaboratively in positive ways? We can utilize this information in our classwork by collaborating with each respective color group.in projects to stabilize and balance ourselves. If we wanted to do
