True Colors Journal Entry #8

During the field trip to the art studio, some of my takeaways were my potential in social groups and situations, where being an orange I can always make a situation fun which I totally agree with. I also take away the trait of making things happening because I have a mentality of never giving up which leads to things happening. From others in the group, I take away the things that I am not strong at they can help me and that I have to help others in order to grow. Some observations about the personal traits of the group are that we are like a team of specialization where everyone has their strength in some areas and their weakness in others. Another observation I saw was the capacity of being able to work and interact with each other without any type of conflict or any type of bad vibe where in our case everyone respects each other way of being and doing things. I think I am a complete orange because of my way of not taking life too seriously since it is not about the treasure but the ride. Some ways we can take this information to work better is to know people's strengths in order for us to explore them and become a team where everyone is doing what they like in the best way possible. This also includes people's perceptions of each other where everyone can trust each other in a collective way especially in CAS where it's about supporting each other.
