Stacy and I are currently planning on a field trip to Liberia to go do some eye examination tests for some students that form part of the scholarship program that are currently having eyesight problems. Our idea is to go to Liberia and take the 4 students to get a test and from there see if they need glasses. Our mission is to help students excel academically by providing them with financial aid in any area whether it is hygienically, extracurricular, field trips, materials.
Risks or threats that we are managing right now:
Extracurricular classes, the girls are crazy! They have a lot of energy and it is hard for them to stay concentrated for a long time. They are always fighting and running.
Plans to mitigate them to the best of our ability:
Plan ahead of time the schedule for the extracurricular so that there is a variety of activities and they don’t get bored only doing one thing for a long period of time. Separate the girls that are the most chaotic and bring prizes for the girls who work the hardest.
Risk or threats that we are managing right now:
Coronavirus cancelling schools and therefore our extracurricular.
Plans:
Next trimester review what we were working on and maybe have 2 extracurriculars so that we can catch up on the learning that we missed. Also help the girls get back on track since we had to homeschool and maybe they had difficulties learning content.
