Update Wonderment

Throughout the course of updating our wonderment, I came up with some personal challenges. Some of these changes were my challenges of deleting some information of our previous project because we are able to take into account that those projects didn't work which makes me sad but now I'm able to reflect that I enjoy our new project and the directions it's going. Another challenge that we came up with was changing all of our wonderment information because we all had different information. I had my Bandera Azul information and Ashley had the Boston trip so we had to change and have a fresh start which was challenging but good. From our previous experiences, we have learned some aspects that we now apply to our life and specifically to our new CAS project. One of those aspects is planning. In our first project, we lacked this aspect which could have been one of the reasons that it didn't work out. Planning is crucial for us now because we are able to be organized with our ideas and have a better understanding of how they might work. We don't only apply this in our project but our life. For me I plan my weeks to see the amount of homework I have and the time that I need to get it done. This has helped me become more responsible with my work. As well, we learned that it is important to choose the project that you are interested in because that is crucial for the motivation you have to get it done. The purpose of this project was another crucial aspect we learned because we were able to deduce the reason why we're doing this and why it matters to use, which helped us be more productive with the amount of toe we put into the project. The motivational theory that I would connect to the experiences we learned is pink's motivation theory, this is because we were able to apply his 3 crucial elements which were purpose, mastery and autonomy. Before starting the new project Ashley and I reflected on the purpose of the project we were planning and if we had the interest in doing it. After reflecting on these aspects we were able to use a new approach to motivate ourselves which is based on self-determination. We apply mastery by the interest we have in the project because we are able to become better people in something that matters to us.
