How have you grown and changed through the process of these actions? It can be a micro change but analyze your growth and development because of your actions.

In the past two weeks we finished the presentation for the 5th graders and while presenting I noticed a lot of smiley faces and also identified as some of the kids that I’ve learned have dyslexia and it makes me very happy to see that they feel more understood by their peers with these presentations and it makes them feel less ashamed this has shown growth and development within the school even though it’s a class at a time .
