Marko and I started to work together a couple of weeks ago. He is building the groundwork to create a project in his community. The first month is always learning more about self.
Marko started with strengths and found that his top strengths were:
He has a lot of courage in his top strengths and that will definitely help support him in his project – especially in the leadership role.
He understands Opportunity Cost and the act of giving up something when making a decision. We explored those decisions and found consistencies with his strengths when making decisions.
Today I would like to start with his questions for the owner of Catalina Lodge, where Marko is going to do a month long internship this summer.
Then discuss values by starting with the Malcom Gladwell interview on Revisionist History – The Tragedy in TX.
And then work on Stakeholder Analysis. Here is the template for Marko to populate and then create his communication plan from.
