Reflect on these questions and jot down your thoughts:
How do you currently see yourself? What’s your self-perception like right now?
How comfortable are you with confidence and truly believing in your authentic self?
Are there any areas where you’d like to have a more positive view of yourself?
Creative Time
Using the provided template and suggested affirmations, create a deck of at least 20 affirmation cards. create a deck of at least 20 affirmation cards. Decorate them either digitally or by hand, and include an affirmation that resonates with you on each card.
For the next two weeks, pick a new card each day, either right when you wake up or before going to bed. Say the affirmation out loud and really let it sink in until you feel it in your heart and mind.
After the two weeks, make a short video reflection using these questions as a guide and post it on the Path:
