Stakeholders are the connections that keep our project going. Let’s review our stakeholder communication plan and see if you are up to date on providing the necessary information to keep your stakeholders happy.

Take out your communication plan. 

• Are all the important stakeholders on your list? If not, can you add them to the stakeholder list?
• Have you followed through with your plan of communication? If so, reflect on how keeping your stakeholders informed has helped your project. If not, reflect on how to update your stakeholders once again. 
• Now that you have done the leadership paths, reflect on how leadership and communication are connected. 
• Write a short story or create a short video about how communicating with a stakeholder highlights your leadership skills and add it to the path.
