For the next week, keep a diary of your journey. Write or record a short video each day, sharing how you used one of the tools to tackle your challenge.
At the end of the week, post your diary entries on the path. Reflect on your experiences throughout the week. Share any growth you’ve noticed, challenges you’ve overcome, and what you’d like to work on in the future.
