This project page will walk the scout through the process of making the first preliminary project page on behalf of the potential visionary. This will reflect a process step of a slightly deeper exploration beyond their initial story/vision gathering but not as action-specific yet as the fully developed work.
Basically how do we get a sense for the potential visionary's baseline and document it so we can start considering/working with it?
