Exercise

Normally after I work out I feel exhausted, but accomplished. It’s like a rewarding feeling after working out. To include more physical activity in my daily routine, I think I am going to start implementing yoga exercises in the mornings. I love doing yoga and would love to start up again. When I was doing yoga, I felt taller and more stable within myself, so I think I am going to implement this for a week and see how I feel!

    The feeling of being exhausted after exercise yet accomplish is a great feeling. Yoga seems like an interesting and fun exercise to participate in. I’ve only done yoga a handful of times, but I felt much better afterward. And as you pointed out, I defintely felt more grounded after doing yoga.
