When someone exercises, it makes them feel better about themself. Even though exercising can take up a lot of energy it tends to make someone feel healthier about themself. It makes them want to do it again. This is because when you exercise, the brain releases chemicals called dopamine and endorphins. These chemicals cause someone to feel happy.
