After a lot of physical activity, I was hungry and tired last week. I mostly took a nap after physical activity or took a sip of water. However, after I was done with my nap, I felt alive and working. There are some times where my body just feels sore from all the activities I did. It is nice to do physical activities because it helped with my mood swings. To make my routine include more physical activities, I changed my wake-up time from 5 am and worked out for an hour. After that, I did my school work until 1 p.m. Next, I went to work until 7 p.m. I think that adding an hour of physical work helped my daily activities. However, I do not think that I will continue this because I got less sleep and I slept late these past few weeks. But, I might continue this during the summer because I can see how much energy it gave me and it also gave me a positive mindset.

Hi nicolebautista- be careful about working out in the summer! It gets super hot. Otherwise, I do agree with your assessment about working out in the afternoon. Especially with the heat, I find that it makes me more exhaustive and tired and I end up sleeping in later the next day. Other than that, exercise is such a fun and neat way to challenge your brain as well as get those good endorphins!
