Designing a hospital in space would require smart technologies. Scientists would have to make new medicines for curing the new conditions for being in space. Computers can be used to develop medicines quickly. Since we can teach computers to detect diseases, maybe we can teach them to make cures. We could also use robots as doctors in space because they might not experience physical and medical changes. So the next time an astronaut gets ill, a robot can be monitoring their health and help them complete their mission.

Hello,
Perhaps reinforcement learning could be used to help robots identify what condition the astronaut might have? That is certainly a possibility; however, I am not sure how possible it would be for the robots to actually perform medical care aside from prescribing medicine. What if someone is injured and breaks a bone for example. Or if an astronaut needs some form of surgery? I think that those tasks would be better suited to a human medical doctor with the help of technology to prevent complications due to the surgery being performed in space.
