I once went to the Cayman Islands for a vacation and did a lot of snorkeling and what not. However, there was this one main attraction where stingrays were. These stingrays had gotten used to people going there (Because you can swim there) and would come literally right up to you and would wait for food. You could touch them, and hold them since they were so accustomed to humans. (FYI, it was a guided tour via a host who was an experienced stingray handler.) The neatest part about it, besides holding them, was feeding them. They have a special way of eating food, which is a vacuum. When you would put the food right up next to their mouth, they would eat it right up right up with quite some force. It makes me wonder how they accomplish this powerful vacuum that they are able to produce? Stingrays are also heavier than they look.
