Native Plants

I think one of the biggest ways I could help my community is to plant native and drought-resistant plants in yards and parks. A lot of houses like to have grass but I would like to replace plants that need water with native ones since we live in a desert. Landscaping is key here because people still want their yards to look nice, so planning out the different plants would be an essential part of this. I feel as though most people think native plants arent as attractive but I find them to be beautiful!
