After I work-out and do physical activity I usually feel tired, but I feel better about myself. I also find that my focus is better and I can do the things I planned on doing. I already do quite a bit of working-out, but I might include more work-outs to better train myself. After I work-out I just feel better and my day is usually better because I feel like I can complete everything and it gets me in the right mindset to complete everything that I need to complete. I plan on doing a work-out every day to keep me fit and to focus on the important things.

I have also noticed that while I feel tired after exercising, I also feel energized at the same time. I also agree that it makes me feel like I started my day on the right track. Good job on your post!
