I see that you are planning to improve your mindfulness and productivity techniques. – Tell me more! Are you productive in some areas of your life and not in others? What do you think is holding you back from being productive? How will you gain new ideas for being productive or mindful? Will you try a couple new techniques and see if they will work?
How will you know if this is achievable? Do you have the time? Do you have the tools?
These are important areas to focus on for future endeavors! I look forward to hearing how you are doing it and how it is working!

I am definitely more productive in certain areas of my life. It’s easier for me to be active while it can be more difficult for me to do laundry. It really depends on the task at hand is something I like to do. Technology has held me back the most a lot from my best, productive self. It seriously is an addiction and not many people even realize it. I’ve gained new ideas for being productive through the dopamine detox’s I do every so often and meditation helps me to be more mindful. I also just bought a cheap old phone so I can do a more sustainable detox. I’m always trying new things to be more mindful and productive. There are definitely a select few that have stuck and I’m sure there will be others to stick as well. I know it’s achievable because I’ve done it before. And without social media or unnecessary distractions, time has become much more available.
