Sunlight’s Effect on Bacteria’s (which turn lake water green)

In this experiment, I am conducting an experiment that compares the effect that sunlight or no sunlight has on clear lake water, and to find out what variable does in fact make many bodies of water turn green. The link to my experiment page follows –
