After any physical activity, I usually feel exhausted and tired, but I do feel better mood-wise. I feel calmer and more content after exercising and do it as often as I can. On days when I go for morning runs, I have a better time focusing for the rest of the day. I also feel less irritable and more relaxed. Last week I made a plan to ride my bike for at least an hour every day. After the bike rides, I felt less stressed and less tense. That week my attention span felt longer, and I could get the task down quicker. I plan on keeping the exercise plan as I enjoy bike riding and its effect on my mental.
