This week I have started to work with manchas, and I am working on teaching him the word yes as a reward. This is what clicker training requires, you must first make them see one word as a reward so that they know when they are doing something right. It means that starting training is slow, but once the word is taught, it is very simple to teach the dogs. I have also found a video about this training that I will be watching in cas class to deepen my understanding of this training, and if I feel that it is a good video, I can make Spanish subtitles and share it with the people in the shelter. I am so interested in this project because culturally I have grown up with dogs. They have always been a huge part of my life and I would like to share that with others.
