Goals/ Cas 2019

The project goals for the trimester, will be approached in several different ways. Our main goal is to attract teenagers from the community. This is a long term goal which will be achieved over the course of the 18 months, and with every goal comes a plan, our plan as members and founders of this project, will be to take our time and effort to find ways in which we can attract our members by using tactical methods and being organized with schedules and coming up with new ideas for the center. In order for us to achieve our goal, we must be present for the majority of the time, this way we will see how we can improve the center while also bettering our personal skills. Since it won’t be easy for us to do it alone, we will need to market/ advertise our project which will take us a step closer to fulfilling it. Another positive aspect is that we are almost completely settled in with our furniture and the remodeling aspect, so we won’t need as many resources as we did in the beginning. Meetings are very crucial in moving forward and making sure everyone is on the same page. We are going to try our best to have a constant schedule of days that we can meet to talk about the progress and development of the center. All of these ways/ tactics will definitely take time, but overall they will get us to where we need, which is bringing us closer to our main and settled goal.
