Wonderment Cleanup J.e

Our objective is to attract as many people as we can to our youth center, to do so there are many steps we are taking as a group to fulfill that goal. Our mission statement, which is to provide an entertaining and relaxed environment where teenagers feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. The message we are trying to send out is very much something that we want our community members to understand so they get a clear outlook on our project goals. The CGLO project has been a very beneficial aspect for my personal growth because I got the opportunity to work with younger kids which has really helped my communicative and personal skills. I also think that journal entries has really helped me reflect on my actions and has allowed me to find areas for growth and the solution for a positive outcome. Overall this project was one of the biggest opportunities I got to take part in, and not only did it help me grow as a person but it allowed my entrepreneurial skills to develop along the way. In terms of our budget we we’re given money from the owners of sharky’s to start this business and if it succeeded, they said they would keep funding us through the time of the project. Through the ups and downs we’ve had, teamwork has been the most crucial element in keeping a positive attitude and a positive outlook on the future of the project, it helped all of us get through many issues and even gave us a jumpstart through the initiation process which took a lot of time and effort. Seeing our project transform from being a plain empty space to a crowded noisy area with laughter and music playing, was an experience I would never forget for the rest of my life. I believe that the feeling of accomplishment is something no other feeling can do because it shows all the effort you put in to get to where you are, and when I talk about the Youth Center all I can think of is, the fact that my team members and I we’re the creators of this and it really motivates me to keep working hard until I get what I work for. Every aspect from the budget to our mission statement has, in a way helped me grow as a person and understand the value of teamwork and running a business.
