A positive aspect about CAS is the openness to allowing peers help in times of need. This has definitely allowed me and my partner to keep moving forward through harder times. A specific time I can remember when I reached out for the help of my peers was before the opening when Anastassia and I we’re very overwhelmed by the dirtiness of the center. We decided to reach out to out friends and ask them if they wanted to help us finish painting and cleaning the youth center, and they kindly accepted the offer and helped us tremendously through the process. Other times they helped was by helping us find ideas and potential event ideas for the center which gave us much of our inspiration at the time. However just these small generous actions create a big impact in our development and allows us to grow as humans.
