This trimester I have been trying new things with my CAS project. Last week I took some foreign exchange students to the shelter to walk dogs. This excursion turned out very well and we ended up helping the two volunteers that were there and gave many of the dogs a great workout. This was a great experience for both the kids and the dogs and I plan to do some field trips with my class now that I know that it will turn out well. This should also help my classmates who have or will have dogs and want to train them in the future.
