own strengths and develop areas for growth
My own strengths during the development of my project are areas like responsibility and dedication. I dedicate a lot of time to my project since it is what I like. Right now is easier to plan and work with people because right now I am working with more professional people. Areas of growth can be found to be the research to determine more aspects of the project.
that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.
Some challenges that I manage to overcome is the change in staff but with communication and meetings, I manage to help plan and progress with the new teachers. Right now we are planning on the new uniforms for the team for the new members of the high school team.
how to initiate and plan a CAS experience.
I have initiated a CAS experience by looking for a project that I like and helping the community. This is by cooperating and being part of my soccer team. This is a good CAS experience because it teaches you big responsibility and leadership. You have to have a big organization in order to make things happen. Another thing is working very hard inside and outside the field.
commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
I way I show commitment is by meeting with Profe. Alejandro every Monday before practice. During this past couple of weeks, we have organized the base of the tournament. We also started planning a new group chat for the team. Another thing is the planning for new uniforms. And the big project is a soccer game in San Jose and the upcoming soccer culture for LA Paz.
the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively
Some skill and benefit of working collaboratively is the division of labor or work. This also includes the help you receive and the guidance that I did not have before. Working together with people that are passionate about your project to the same level as you is very important because you both want to progress in making something.
