Throughout the last 18 months, I have consistently exercised 3-5 times per week. Depending on your perspective it may be perseverance, I see it as therapy or relaxation.  The consistency has helped me understand that body fat and aesthetics are fully dependent on diet.  Although I have managed to decrease my body fat percentage it was achieved by increasing my muscle mass. With an increase in my overall weight, the percentage of my body made up of fat decreases.  This process is called body recomposition, I shifted my focus towards reaching an aesthetic physique. The workouts mainly focused on building muscle mass in my chest, back and arms. To prevent muscle atrophy in my legs and abs I targeted them 2 times per month. During this period my personal record on bench press grew from 155 lbs to 205lbs
