Planning and Initiative #20

What are the goals of your project? My goal for this trimester is to organize and plan a soccer tournament. This soccer tournament will be in between the 4 local schools. And La Paz will be hosting the tournament. What are the milestones that you will need to meet to obtain those goals? Some milestones are the time and basics of the tournament because after Covid the relationships between school broke luckily my project has recovered those connections with friendly games making the challenge less difficult to overcome. I will be showing a lot of communication and a lot of compromises to track the dates and all the information to all the schools. How will you know that you have succeeded? I know that I have succeeded if I build a tournament where the four schools are back together sharing values and having fun. What is needed this week to get you started? (marketing, meetings, emails, other communication, etc.) This week I need to take the initiative by informing my tutors that I want to make this happen this trimester. I also have Emailed the school director. I also have done a meeting with the soccer coach and the extracurricular school organizer. This is a great start for this future project.
