Meditation Reflection

For me personally I am not a fan of of traditional meditation because I end up getting bored or usally end up falling alseep. I really tried to stay focused and listened to what the lady was saying. I kept a steady breathing pace and eneded up feeling kind of calm and relaxed. For me the closest thing to meditation is when I’m out horseback riding on trail rides. With the horse walking peacefully feeling like being gently swayed, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Im usally not focused or worried about anything and me and my horse are both calm and relaxed.

    I love that you tried! That is really the goal of this, is to give you some tools that you can use throughout your life that might make a difference someday. But, I definitely think that your love of horseback riding and being in nature will do the trick too! Keep that up.

    Horse back riding sounds like a really lovely experience for you Lily! And I am glad that you at least tried and ended up getting more relaxed. That’s one of the goals of meditation!
