Organizational tool story

Once upon a time, there was a young girl named Kitty who always had a desire to help her community. Her plan was to organize a local food drive to address food insecurity, promote empathy and compassion, and mobilize community members to take action against hunger.

Excited about her new project but unsure where to start, Kitty turned to her computer and decided to use a digital filing system. She opened Google Drive and began organizing the project by creating different folders for timelines, finances, photos/videos, and emails sent to local businesses to ask for their support. This digital folder helped Kitty maintain control over her project.

A couple of months went by, and Kitty’s project became a roaring success. She held many fundraisers and marketing events to encourage the local community to support her food drive. With the money she earned, she was able to bring food to over 100 local families. Because her entire project was organized online through Google Drive, she was able to look back on her failures and successes and use them as a foundation for many of her school projects.

Additionally, as the food drive grew, Kitty became more confident in public speaking and managing projects. Her school teachers also noticed this change as she became more organized at school. Reflecting on her project, Kitty knew that the digital filing system was her knight in shining armor that helped her succeed in her food drive.

The End.

I really need you to teach me how to use the digital filing system – Google Drive. Mine is a large mess. I appreciate the organization of the project and being able to find past templates to recreate actions. It definitely leads to efficiency.
