    Interesting reflection Gigi! I’ve found that I need to put reminders on my phone to meditate. You can also try to make it a habit, like brushing your teeth before bed.

    I do think that it probably just needs to be a habit. However, I talked to a Professor from Stanford’s Business School yesterday and he said that meditating for 20 minutes is something that he recommends to all his students and the CEOs that he coaches. He mentioned it helped to tackle bigger picture ideas and declutter the mind to focus on what is important. It also is just hard to do. So, maybe understanding the why behind it helps with the motivation.
