Stakeholder map

The format of communication and frequency of communication match the importance of the quadrant from the stakeholder map because the most important people that I need communication for to make this project run well are all in that quadrant. My communication plan will get more buy in from my stakeholders because it really shows me who I need to communicate with more regularly and to whom I can communicate with less without worrying to much Challenges I foresee with the communication plan is sticking with the deadlines Yes the communication plan definitely seems possible if I keep myself motivated, make sure my class is all working on their projects to be ready and dont fall behind on the projects.
