SMART Goal

I started with a goal of being more proactive and timely with my work because those are things that I struggle with in my life. So, setting a clear deadline for the work and having that deadline also incorporate students and teachers that will be engaging with the service made it more obtainable. I can also set task guidelines from this goal to make it more manageable on a daily/weekly/monthly basis so as not to get overwhelmed.
